IDEO成立于1991年，由三家设计公司合并而成:大卫·凯利设计室(由大卫·凯利创立)、ID TWO设计公司(由比尔·莫格里奇创立)和Matrix产品设计公司(由麦克·纳托创立)。IDEO是全球顶尖的设计咨询公司，以产品发展及创新见长。

在这三位创始人中，大卫·凯利是斯坦福大学的教授，一手创立了斯坦福大学的设计学院，他同时也是美国工程院院士。比尔·莫格里奇是世界上第一台笔记本电脑GRiD Compass的设计师，也是率先将交互设计发展为独立学科的人之一。

职位一：

Finance & Business Operations Intern

岗位职责：

1. Cash applications and collections;

2. Checking and verifying reimbursement requests;

3. Preparation of vouchers;

4. Handle accounts payable;

5. Support filing related documents;

6. Assist in other related works in the team

职位二：

Admin Intern

岗位职责：

1. Support travel arrangements domestically and internationally (booking hotels,

transportation, etc)

2. Support Experience team for all the logistics arrangements for office daily and for all the events and workshops.

3. Others duties assigned as per need

职位三：

HR Intern

岗位职责：

1. Clean-up, update and maintain HR related files.

2. Assist in the paper work and coordination of various of HR related tasks (eg. new hire on-boarding and off-boarding, work visa application & renewal etc.)

3. Assist in collecting employee tax benefits related documents.

4. Others duties assigned as per need.

职位要求：

1. Finance or related major is required for Finance & Business Operations

Intern role. No major requirement for the other 2;

2. Organised, detailed-oriented with a service mindset;

3. Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility;

4. Workable English (oral & written);

5. Able to work 4-5 days per week for minimum 3 months (operation hours:

9am-6pm).

薪资福利：

1. 25RMB/ hour

2. Free breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks and drinks
